Role Overview

The position of Lead Mechanical Engineer at ARCA Resourcing is a key role in driving the company's expansion and increasing product demand. The successful candidate will lead and manage a talented team of engineers, contributing significantly to the company's success by shaping designs, processes and outcomes.

This role involves overseeing team performance, continuously optimizing capabilities to meet project goals, recruiting, training, mentoring and guiding engineers, addressing challenges and fostering growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in structures, mechanisms, systems, components and product development, with proficiency in CAD for modelling and drafting designs, experience with structural analysis using FEA or similar tools, and skills in developing FMEAs and generating comprehensive technical documentation.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. ARCA offers a dynamic and fast-paced culture where transparency, innovation and hands-on experimentation are integral to the team's success.
