**Job Summary:**

As a People Partner, you will have a broad generalist remit, working closely with senior leaders to build strong relationships and understand their key drivers. You will be a natural and effective communicator, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work closely with senior leaders to build strong relationships and understand their key drivers
* Develop and implement effective solutions to drive business growth and success
* Provide coaching and upskilling to managers to enhance their skills and performance
* Manage and resolve complex employee issues and conflicts
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders
