About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Professional to join our Multinational Claims team at QBE Management Services (UK) Limited. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a dedicated case load of UK claims for a portfolio of Multinational customers up to a maximum of £500,000 in claims value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately triage and manage claim files through to settlement, prioritizing new and existing work appropriately
  • Establish liability and indemnity on all claims, utilizing your analytical skills to ensure accurate and fair outcomes
  • Deliver a world-class service to customers, providing timely and effective communication throughout the claims process
  • Handle all UK claims competently, ensuring they are adequately reserved and settled as economically and fairly as possible
  • Partner with colleagues and stakeholders globally to provide oversight and authority for overseas claims handled by our network of local offices
  • Produce ad-hoc claims reports for stakeholders as required, utilizing your technical skills to provide valuable insights
  • Provide customer oversight for a portfolio of major multinational customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Be part of a market-leading claims team with a focus on quality customer service, contributing to the development of our team's expertise and knowledge

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Claims Professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling cradle to grave claims within commercial lines. You will have developed investigation and negotiation skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and manage competing priorities.
