We are seeking a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Yeovil, working 18 hours per week.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work in a supportive and modern practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working autonomously, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the triage system to prioritize face-to-face appointments
  • Accountable to the GP team clinically and supported by a multi-disciplinary team for administrative duties
  • Perform clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of patient care
