Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Postie to join our team at Bicester Delivery Office. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in delivering mail and parcels to our customers across the area.


About You


To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do.


Your Responsibilities


You will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across the area, working closely with your colleagues to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations. You will need to be able to work in all weather conditions and be happy to walk for long periods.


What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly, plus opportunities for overtime pay at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and full uniform provided. Our company pension scheme has competitive contribution rates, and we offer lots of opportunities to develop a career, including our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes.
