We are currently seeking a skilled LGV Driver to join our team in the UK. As a Class 1 Tramper driver, you will be responsible for executing bulk collections and deliveries between various DPD sites and customers throughout the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertake a minimum of four nights per week away from base, utilising secure DPD locations for overnight rest periods.
  • Operate within a designated region surrounding your base depot, adhering to all relevant road traffic laws and company policies.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after each journey, reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ancillary tasks that contribute towards productivity and satisfaction

This role demands a high level of commitment, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the base depot.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £43,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
