Smart Building Project Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Smart Building Project Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts across Scotland, identifying potential clients, and generating new business opportunities within the building controls industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive BMS Project Sales: Lead sales efforts, identify potential clients, and generate new business opportunities within Scotland.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored smart building solutions.
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) to effectively present and sell products and services.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, particularly in smart building technologies and sustainability practices.
* Travel: Willingness to travel within Scotland for client meetings and project consultations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in BMS sales or a related field within the building controls industry.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Building Management Systems and their applications in creating energy-efficient, sustainable buildings.
* Sales Acumen: Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
