Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team in Wilmslow. This role offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£27,000 per annum for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Wilmslow office, including managing the front-of-house and providing administrative support to our contracting business. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Management
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our Wilmslow office
- Managing the front-of-house at our Wilmslow office
- Providing administrative support to our contracting business
- Ensuring all candidate and client records are up-to-date
- Reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of documents
- Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone
- Support with Employee Relation duties
- Wellbeing support
Office Maintenance
- Maintain and order office supplies ensuring adequate stock levels
- Facility maintenance: Support the facilities manager with any office maintenance requirements
- Visitor Management: Point of contact for all visitors to the Wilmslow office
- Training & Meeting Room Bookings: Management and scheduling of room bookings for internal staff
The ideal candidate will have strong organisation skills, ability to multitask, excellent customer service, confident with IT, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, attention to detail, and solution-focused/problem-solving skills.
