About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Christchurch area. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, promoting a balanced diet.
- Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental health.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 - £14.00, paid weekly.
- Mileage paid at 30p - 45p per mile.
