Requirements:
- Qualifications: QTS/PGCE certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of the KS2, KS3, and KS4 curriculum, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs.
- Background Check: Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo a check).
