Director of Finance Opportunity

Dovetail and Slate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join their team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead the finance team to provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • CCAB qualified Accountant with a strong background in financial management
  • Proven experience in leading finance teams and developing financial strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and proactively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
