Job Title: Enterprise IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Specialist to cover schools in the Harrow/Slough area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To take ownership of a group of sites, resolving 1st-2nd line issues and escalating as necessary.
  • To provide technical expertise to assigned customer networks, visiting client sites to resolve issues and work with Account Managers on strategic decisions.
  • To identify areas of growth within schools from a technical perspective and escalate to Account Managers.
  • To communicate technical information to clients and commercial information to Account Managers.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience managing Enterprise level network infrastructures/service desk.
  • Experience with Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper-V).
  • Cloud services experience.
  • Professional qualifications (degree) or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA, Microsoft Certified Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
