Job Description:
TARGETED PROVISION LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN/SEND Tutor to join our team. As a Support Tutor for Vulnerable Learners, you will be responsible for providing Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs referred to TARGETED PROVISION LTD.

**Responsibilities:**
* Plan and deliver tailored educational programs that meet the needs of each individual child
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve outcomes for vulnerable learners

**Requirements:**
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
* Experience working with children and young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
