Home Support Assistant

We're looking for a skilled Home Support Assistant to join our team at Cera Care in Braintree. In this role, you'll provide high-quality support to our clients in their own homes, ensuring they maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.
We're seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a kind heart, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Whether you have previous experience in care or have a natural ability to connect with others, your compassion and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You'll also help manage medications, ensure client safety, and provide emotional support when needed.
