Supporting Individuals at Home

Cera Care is seeking a kind-hearted and dependable Care Assistant to join our team in Braintree and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant with Cera Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
The estimated salary for this role is £18-23 per hour, depending on experience. In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and managing medications
- Providing companionship and social interaction to help prevent feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Preparing hot meals and assisting with domestic tasks
We require our Care Assistants to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. Flexible shifts are available to suit your needs, with every other weekend off.
