This is an exciting opportunity to join Home Group Limited as a Nighttime Security Specialist, supporting our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations in the South Lakes region.

As a Nighttime Security Specialist, you will work across various services in Kendal, providing a safe and secure environment for our customers. You will be responsible for managing the health and safety of the building, patrolling to check fire doors, making sure everything is locked and secure, and thinking on your feet to manage situations on the spot.

You will also have the opportunity to support our customers with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and maintenance, and provide a warm and welcoming presence in our communities.

We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, has great communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be able to use technology to create and update support plans, do mandatory learning, and keep in touch with colleagues.
