E-commerce Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team at Handle Recruitment. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the launch of daily new album campaigns and products, working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless launch announcement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily merchandising and optimisation strategies for assigned store fronts to ensure an optimal browsing and best possible customer experience for fans.
  • Manage Shopify stores, ensuring homepage optimisation and offers and buy buttons are appropriate and effective.
  • Assist with theme updates and as needed, brief development and app requests.
  • Collaborate with the stores marketing manager to drive the best conversion rate and provide the best UX for the stores customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing e-commerce stores.
  • Knowledge of the wider music retail landscape from stores to labels and distributors.
  • Shopify experience and ability to work with store CMS, themes, and an understanding of core Shopify apps.
  • Experience of working with stock management and order management systems.
