E-commerce Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team at KGC Talent. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our e-commerce website, including overseeing the launch of collections and special products online, managing product uploads, and coordinating PPC and social strategy with our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the e-commerce website, including product uploads, site visuals, and content updates
  • Oversee the launch of collections and special products online
  • Coordinate PPC and social strategy with our agency
  • Manage online merchandising strategy, including creating product feeds and optimizing images for SEO
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance analysis and insights to drive change and maximize site traffic and conversion rates
  • Manage 3rd party web developers to deliver changes to the site
  • Optimize the customer journey based on analytical data
  • Plan and run markdowns and promotions and seasonal uploads
  • Work closely with content manager and digital marketing agencies on PPC and Social Strategy
  • Weekly reporting on overall business performance using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics
  • SEO optimization with keyword analysis, page optimization, and competitor analysis
  • Manage forecasts, planning, and targets to ensure all metrics and KPIs are successfully defined and delivered
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing within the retail industry, ideally in a similar role for a luxury brand
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and social media platforms
  • Experience driving digital sales through proven commercial online strategies, with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset
  • Confident with Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
