About the Role

Kingspan Water & Energy is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team in GB & Ireland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring product compliance across our sites, implementing operational and technical processes, and supporting sites in understanding and implementing group compliance manual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full product compliance within a reasonable timeframe across GB & Ireland sites.
  • Implement necessary operational and technical processes to ensure compliance with group and ISO 37301 requirements.
  • Support sites in understanding and implementing group compliance manual requirements.
  • Highlight and assess product-associated risks in line with the group compliance manual.
  • Present at group and ISO compliance audits to ensure all NCRs are captured and handled.
  • Responsible for timely closure of all NCRs across sites and managing the team to close compliance gaps.
  • Work with SHEQ managers to introduce compliance or policy changes.
  • Ensure internal compliance audits are carried out in necessary timeframes in the same reporting format.
  • Create monthly update reports on compliance status by site for senior management.
  • Ensure monthly compliance reports are completed and uploaded to deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • ISO 9001 implementation is essential, with ISO 37301 Lead Implementer qualification or Auditing Qualifications desirable.
  • Experience in an operational role, with experience working with ISO 9001.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent people skills to bring teams together across multiple sites.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed understanding of IMS systems.
  • Good understanding of approvals and accreditations.
