Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team in our Chertsey pub. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the pub
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the team
- Provide excellent training and development opportunities for team members
