We are seeking highly skilled and experienced High Intensity CBT/EMDR Therapists to join our team in delivering life-changing treatment to individuals with PTSD and C-PTSD symptoms.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as a generous holiday entitlement, NHS Pension Scheme, and NHS discount schemes.

Job Description

As a High Intensity CBT/EMDR Therapist, you will provide one-to-one high-intensity therapy sessions alongside stabilisation and collaboration with Peer Specialists to deliver the Flourish care model for adults with PTSD and C-PTSD symptoms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-intensity CBT or EMDR therapy sessions
  • Collaborating with Peer Specialists to provide comprehensive care
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualised treatment plans

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in High Intensity CBT and EMDR therapy
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Experience working within the NHS or similar organisations is highly desirable
