About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team at Connected Health in Bushmills. As a Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and care to individuals who require assistance with daily tasks and maintaining their independence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Undertake personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with the service user, their family, and the professionals involved with the individual service plan.
  • Work at all times within the policies and procedures of Connected Health or if required Next of Kin.
  • To provide service users with opportunities to express their preference as to the way tasks are carried out.
  • To develop and maintain professional working relationships with service users and work colleagues from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Requirements

  • No formal experience is required as full accredited training will be provided.
  • You must have an empathetic nature.
  • You must be a driver with access to a car.
