Your Role
As a Community Carer, you'll be responsible for providing person-centred care to clients in their own homes, building meaningful relationships and creating a positive impact on their lives.
You'll work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, delivering tailored care that makes a real difference.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and caring approach that puts our clients at ease.
With a strong focus on empathy and understanding, you'll be able to build trust with our clients and their families, providing reassurance and support when it's needed most.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for career development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Valid UK driving license and reliable vehicle
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
