**Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales managers and sales executives to deliver and exceed set targets and objectives
  • Set high standards and manage the team by coaching while being approachable to all levels of employees
  • Plan and implement sales strategies and sales plans aligned to budgeted growth
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to enable both growth and customer satisfaction
  • Set, monitor, and manage KPIs and metrics aligned to growth and performance
**Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • A strong understanding of the sales process from planning to close
  • High-level business acumen
  • Proven success derived from a strong coaching ethos
  • An analytical mindset to understand data and trends
**What We Offer:
