About the Role

Danos Group is seeking a Governance Specialist to join its team in a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of relevant regulations and be able to provide guidance on governance, risk, and compliance solutions to clients across the asset management, capital markets, digital assets, and payment industries.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering regulatory advice and services to our growing client base, maintaining a deep understanding of advancements within the profession, legislation, and regulation. This includes implementing changes to increase engagement efficiency, client scope, and meeting client needs and mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all relevant regulations to provide thorough reviews of clients' governance, systems, and controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through writing articles, speaking engagements, and networking at industry events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a wealth or investment manager role, preferably with knowledge of UCITS/COLL regulations.
  • Ability to develop and deliver practical solutions to complex business problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
