We are looking for an experienced NEC4 Highways Supervisor to fill a key role in our team, overseeing the delivery of a major client contract in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to lead a team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising technical teams to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications
  • Collaborating with onsite contractors to deliver the project
  • Maintaining expertise in NEC4 Contracts and Civil Engineering principles

As a highly skilled professional, you will have a deep understanding of project management principles and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

We offer a competitive rate of up to £50 per hour (Umbrella) inside IR35, working 40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
