Asselien is seeking a highly skilled National Housing Advice Consultant to join its team in North Wales. As a key member of the Housing Services department, you will provide expert advice to clients, primarily through face-to-face surgeries and housing possession help desks in courts in Northwest Wales.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team. A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package are on offer.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality advice to clients on housing law and related matters;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals;
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in housing law and related policies.
