Advanced Practitioner for Adult Mental Health

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a dedicated recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join their Adult Mental Health Team on a permanent full-time basis in Southend. The annual salary for this position is up to £47,573.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of organisational capability by taking ownership of their training and development, including identifying and participating in training activities and responding to feedback on their performance.
They will think creatively, challenge norms, and constructively challenge colleagues, including those in senior positions, to ensure continuous improvement and commercial astuteness, and inspire the same in their colleagues.
The Senior Practitioner will take responsibility for identifying and addressing areas of risk, including Health and Safety and Business Continuity.
They will work as part of project or process teams as required under the new operating model, ensuring excellent cross-functional output.
The ideal candidate will have experience in community and/or group work and knowledge of children's health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
