Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced mental health practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead for Older Adults Community Mental Health. This is a part-time role that will work closely with our current Team Lead to provide clinical management, effective leadership, and supervision to our multidisciplinary community mental health team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical management and leadership to the multidisciplinary community mental health team.
- Support the management and supervision of staff, including nurses, social workers, and support workers.
- Manage a small caseload of complex patients and undertake clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with other teams, including FIRST and Primary Care, to deliver high-quality and safe care for patients referred to the Secondary Mental Health Service.
- Experience in Older Adult Mental Health.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and agencies.
