At University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, we are seeking an experienced Night Care Specialist to join our expanding night team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide excellent urgent palliative/end of life care and catheter care to people in their own homes.

Please note that a Full valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential requirements for this role.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop effective working relationships with clinical nurse specialists, social care providers, local hospices, GPs, and other community health professionals to promote a multidisciplinary approach to planned care.
  2. Use advanced communication skills to effectively relate with patients and those involved in their care.

About the Role

The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in need. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

  • A relevant qualification in nursing or a related field
  • Experience in palliative care or a related field
