Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our Clinical Nursing Office team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist. The role will support the delivery of our key priorities in the acute healthcare setting.

Main Responsibilities

Lead on the delivery of key projects to support the delivery of our 2024 priorities, working closely with the Associate Director of Nursing and deputising for them as required.

Be part of the New Hospital Programme team, providing clinical leadership and representing the Clinical Nursing Office voice for the development of clinical and workforce models.

Key Requirements

  • 1st Level Registered Nurse on the relevant part of the NMC Register
  • Extensive experience in the acute healthcare setting in clinical leadership/clinical management position
  • Articulate with highly developed communication skills, with the ability to network and build relationships at all levels, including interpersonal skills, liaison, and negotiation skills
