**Job Summary**
The NEC Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Programming & Ticketing Administrator. As a key member of our Venue Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the administration of our arenas calendars, responding to availability requests from event organizers, and providing administrative support to our team throughout the booking, confirmation, and on-sale process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the administration of our arenas calendars, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Respond to availability requests from event organizers, holding dates and providing administrative support as needed.
- Assist the Venue Programming team with site tours, requests for after-shows, and general promoter requests.
- Assist with the administration of raising license agreements.
- Build and maintain trusting and productive relationships with promoter assistants and promoters.
- Disseminate confirmed event information across group departments to inform and educate departments on upcoming events.
- Assist with the administration of chasing signed venue contracts prior to the on-sale date.
- Develop strong internal relationships with all other group commercial teams to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Lead on the selling in of external agents sold tickets onto the Venue reporting system on a weekly basis.
- Support the arenas ticketing team in the organization of the shared inbox, ensuring emails are filed and actioned in a timely manner.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in an entertainment or events-related B2B sales or administration role.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing business environment.
- Understanding of commercial drivers and ability to create new professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail.
- Pro-active nature with a flexible approach to hours of work, especially during busy periods.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and capability of working under own initiative with limited supervision.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
- Professional approach and appearance.
- Excellent telephone manner and demonstrate good customer service skills.
