Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure effective execution of daily tasks.
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise as needed.
  • Collaborate with drivers and riders to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to our services.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Familiarity with basic web-based software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
