About the Position

The ideal candidate will be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for supporting people with disabilities and sharing our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest, and strong.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Providing active support to enable individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Assisting with health and well-being, including personal care and medication management.
  • Supporting with daily living tasks, such as cooking and household chores.
  • Accompanying individuals on leisure activities, promoting social inclusion and community participation.
  • Promoting independence and self-advocacy, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their lives.
