**Job Summary**

Grandir UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our management team at our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Basingstoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Promote High Standards of Quality**: Ensure that our nursery meets the highest standards of quality and safety, and that our practices and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • **Effective Implementation of Nursery Procedures**: Ensure the effective implementation of our nursery's keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
  • **Communication with Parents/Carers**: Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child's progress and well-being.
  • **Marketing and Promotion**: Promote our nursery to current parents and potential customers, highlighting our unique selling points and values.
