About the Role

As a Distributor Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our distributors in the DACH region. Your key responsibilities will include proactively supporting the Commercial Department to achieve its objectives, providing local language support to ensure successful relationship building and account management, and leading sales growth activities such as new product 'sell-ins' and sales performance reviews.

You will also work closely with other Commercial Team members to ensure that product training is delivered to our customers and their customers to our high standard. Additionally, you will maintain customer accounts by liaising with the marketing department to ensure proper usage of our assets, the sustainability and QC department to handle complaints or requests for certifications, and the Sales department to address logistics, finance, and purchasing issues.

A generous estimated annual salary of £43,000 + Bonus is offered, in addition to a highly attractive company benefits package, including 22 days holiday increasing with length of service, Birthday off - Additional to your annual leave, Private Healthcare Scheme, Life Assurance x4 annual salary to the loved one(s) you have nominated, Modern office space with free parking and free onsite electric vehicle charging points.
