Housekeeping Supervisor Role
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the relevant teams.
- Assist in training and induction of new team members to ensure they are equipped to meet our high standards.
- Liaise with Reception to ensure guest requests and needs are met.
- Perform audits and record equipment conditions to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven housekeeping experience in a similar setting.
- Previous managerial experience in a similar role.
- Friendly, conscientious, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions and resolve issues efficiently.

Shift Patterns:
- 40 hours per week.
