Job Title: Medical Officer Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Officer Assistant to join our team at SML Medical Supplies Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including preparing interview materials and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical staff files and training records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of medical staff activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff, patients, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
