Job Title: Medical Officer Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Officer Assistant to join our team at SML Medical Supplies Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new medical staff, including preparing interview materials and conducting background checks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with medical staff, including providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of medical staff activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and mail management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
