Muve Homecare is seeking a skilled Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to adults with complex health needs.
This role is ideal for dedicated individuals who want to make a positive impact through compassionate care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support daily routines and adherence to care plans, ensuring the client's safety and well-being.
- Administer medication while maintaining accurate records.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively regarding changes in client condition or needs.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and effective care.
- Experience working with complex health needs (Tracheostomy, Ventilation, Chest management, Gastrostomy, and Suctioning).
- Excellent communication skills for clear communication with clients, families, and professionals.
- A strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding.
- Confident using digital care planning systems.
- A valid driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.
The estimated salary for this position is £14.00 per hour.
