Supportive Care Assistant Required

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. You will be working closely with a lady who requires support due to her Alzheimer's diagnosis, providing tailored care to enhance her quality of life.
Responsibilities- Care and Support: Offer emotional support, engage in conversation, and assist with activities that promote mental stimulation.
- Practical Assistance: Help with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, personal care, and household management.
- Transportation: Accompany the individual on outings, using your own vehicle when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in caring for individuals with dementia or similar conditions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with the individual and their family.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, you will enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you are making a positive impact on someone's life.
