As a Childcare Apprenticeship Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeships to a diverse cohort of learners, providing an outstanding teaching and learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies to motivate learners and promote their development.
  • Recruit and onboard learners and employed apprentices to ensure successful outcomes and meet operation excellence targets.
  • Leverage technology and innovative learning resources to deliver on-the-job training that meets individual needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Plan and deliver tailored teaching and learning activities to cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Promote the welfare and well-being of children and young people in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • A recognized teaching qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE) and relevant experience in delivering CYPF apprenticeships.
  • Strong educational background, with GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent Functional Skills qualifications.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 20 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, and a holiday purchase scheme.
  • 3 Paragon Days and 8 Public Bank Holidays.
  • Up to 3 days of paid volunteering leave.
  • Recognition and long service awards.
  • Going for Gold incentive scheme - bonus up to £6,000 per annum.
