Job Overview

Penta Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive EOR Consultant to provide operational support to our hosted clients and their resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct liaison with key stakeholders, onboarding and offboarding resources, engaging with global payroll partners, and ensuring all data is captured on our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management, including commercial pricing submissions and approvals
  • Management of hosted resources, ensuring all issues are resolved and liaising with clients and operation leads as needed
  • Administration processing on our CRM system, including extensions, amendments, and new placements
  • Collaboration with the commercial team for onboarding and working with international compliance partners to support hosted resources
  • Overseeing time sheets, invoices, and expenses, ensuring compliance with client agreements
  • Understanding and following frame agreement guidelines with clients
  • PO tracking support with clients and internal finance teams
  • Ensuring all data is tracked on our company CRM system
  • Providing regular tracking reports to management

Requirements:

  • Relevant business-to-business operational experience
  • Account management experience (desirable)
  • Educated to A Level (essential)
  • Spanish language (desirable)

  • Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience with CRM databases and undertaking complex enquiries
  • Effective customer care skills and excellent communication skills
