Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Manage and control stock, inventory, and cash handling to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing team, and be able to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.

You will be enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
