Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with our manufacturing partners to oversee the timely scheduling, production, and delivery of inventory.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Assess supplier performance and swiftly address any issues to enhance efficiency.
  • Supplier Engagement: Foster and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to guarantee prompt deliveries and high-quality products.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement across the supply chain to drive operational excellence.
  • Performance Metrics: Manage supply chain operations to meet all key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, product availability, inventory management, and data integrity.
  • Risk Mitigation: Implement strategies to minimize supply chain risks and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, particularly warehouse operations, to ensure efficient scheduling of inbound deliveries and effective management of reverse logistics.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or demand forecasting.
  • Strong background in implementing and enhancing S&OP processes.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change within supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in managing supplier performance and adhering to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems; experience in system implementation is a plus.
  • High energy and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a focus on growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
