Job Description:
The Senior Client Marketing Manager will be the point of contact for Ingenuity's global partners, responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring strategies across channels meet objectives. The role involves regular interaction with clients and delivering outstanding results, supported by channel experts including Influencers, SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Paid Social, Social Media, and CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the senior point of contact for clients for marketing delivery, strategy, and output.
- Manage channel experts in PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Influencer, and others, setting expectations and ensuring delivery meets requirements.
- Work with trading leads to establish calendars and align marketing budgets and campaigns to support execution.
- Prioritise channel action plans relating to clients, including setting timelines and deadlines as necessary.
- Project manage marketing and creative for clients.
- Market insight and trends for verticals.
- Creative management – ensure assets are available to channels for launches, merchandising imagery, events, and marketing materials.
- Manage and grow customer loyalty for clients, covering referrals, retention, advocacy, and CLV optimisation strategies.
- Identify and set key initiatives for marketing improvements for clients.
- Brief plans, targets, weekly updates, and monthly updates.
- Lead on the weekly and monthly reporting provided to clients.
- Own the full customer cycle for clients, covering awareness, consideration, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Work with channel leads on relationships with media partners, such as Google research and data insight for beauty in the US.
- Collaborate with client product teams to understand product positioning and target audiences, feeding back into channel teams to refine plans.
Requirements:
- Commercially astute, ambitious, and driven; hungry for success and responsibility.
- Experience in managing budgets, marketing calendars, sales forecasts, and marketing channel traffic overviews.
- Manages time efficiently, enjoys problem-solving, and finding effective yet scalable solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment; online retailing knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication skills; has worked exceptionally as part of a wider team and has experience in managing others.
- Has client-facing experience or similar; working with third-party/external partners.
- Entrepreneurial thinkers welcome – those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with responsibility for key decision-making.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
