About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Manager to join our team at Selco Builders Warehouse.

Job Description
  • Motivate and inspire a team of sales colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain an effective quote bank, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and pursue all sales opportunities and large-scale projects to maximize sales and margin.
  • Adhere to contracted hours of 37 or more, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A profit-based bonus scheme, offering up to £175 per month.
