Senior Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Veolia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and account management, with a strong background in the municipal waste industry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct account management for customers worth over £20k within the portfolio, building strong relationships to enable security and growth of these contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive account management to existing customers, identifying opportunities for service increases and implementing effective solutions.
- Regularly meet with customers to discuss their needs and provide tailored support, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, progress, and outcomes, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and readily available.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs, driving business growth and expansion.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the municipal waste industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales platforms, including Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- An annual salary range of £33,500 - £37,500, depending on experience.
