We are GSF Car Parts Limited, a leading automotive parts distributor in the UK and Ireland. Our company provides thousands of independent garages throughout the UK and Ireland with parts, tools, garage equipment, and specialist training.

We are currently looking for an Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the right candidate to take ownership of growing our customer base through targeted new business generation and opening new accounts.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:

  1. Proactively expand the customer base by targeting new business opportunities across existing and new sales channels.
  2. Identify and target high potential existing IMT and National Accounts for growth.
  3. Collaborate with branch teams to identify target IMT accounts using CRM data and local knowledge.
  4. Partner with supplier field sales to grow market share across key categories through joint workouts and initiatives.
  5. Improve market share in own brand products by identifying target accounts using MI to identify opportunities to grow own brand products.
  6. Enhance digital sales channels to increase revenue.

About You:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a field-sales role within FMCG industry or multi-site organisation is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and competitors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in customer database analysis and IT literacy, specifically within Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
  • A valid full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points is mandatory.
