Senior Programmatic Integration Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmatic Integration Specialist to join our team at Wander. As a key member of our digital media team, you'll be responsible for driving programmatic advertising strategies and ensuring seamless technical integrations with Supply Side Platforms (SSPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns to maximize revenue and yield
  • Develop and implement technical integrations with SSPs, ensuring smooth ad placements and efficient operations
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with ad tech partners, DSPs, and SSPs to improve ad performance and negotiate relationships with programmatic buyers
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align programmatic initiatives with company goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations to content and editorial teams to optimize ad placements and improve user experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
  • Strong experience in programmatic advertising with a focus on technical integration
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions
  • Great communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
